Our project management team will be led by Stan Prasad who is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 40 years’ experience in the civil engineering and Urban Development sector, including planning, design, project management, construction, preparation of reports and feasibilities. He has significant experience with clients, water authorities, councils and contractors. Stan brings comprehensive abilities from initial concept to final completion of land development projects incorporating feasibility studies, conceptual and detail design and management, contract administration, site management, contractor claims resolution, project management including budget and financial control and ongoing business development and client relationship.
Stan has extensive experience with medium to large-scale, broad-acre residential, industrial and commercial developments, and has thorough understanding of the Subdivisions Act, and various government authorities’ planning guidelines and regulations. Throughout his career, Stan has established strong working relationships with key players in the land development industry, including Australand, AV Jennings, Stockland, Places Victoria, Peet, Divine, Melbourne Water, Metro and Regional Water authorities, Civil Contractors and Local Governments.
